Could your favorite frothy beverage be your biggest diet mistake?

coffee A study at Simmons College in Boston suggested that people who drink gourmet coffee shop drinks (Frappucino, anyone?) at least two times a week take in a little over 250 calories more each day than those who don't get a fancy coffee fix.

Get smarter about your favorite drink by asking for nonfat milk, using as little sugar as possible (or sweetening it yourself with a no-calorie sweetener), and skipping the whipped cream on top.
